Breanna and her team are FANTASTIC!!! Breanna is The sweetest hardest working physical therapist I know! She’s so compassionate and friendly, that she just makes you really wanna do the work. And the work she gives you actually works! I started feeling better so quickly, and continue to do better. Her assistants are wonderful as they navigate through a very busy gym! They somehow manage to keep everyone engaged and happy while working on multiple people at one time. And they always have time available when I need it even though it’s busy. This is my go to place from here on out!

The team at Pappas in Barrington is amazing, professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to helping you heal. I saw real progress thanks to their personalized care and supportive atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I am a 85 year-old Parkinson patient who has been suffering with additional backpain over the past year. After many trips to various physicians to determine the cause of this pain, it was suggested that I look into Physical Therapy. I began my search.
I needed a place that was close to my home. I'm cutting down on my driving. I also wanted a place that is clean and inviting.
The nicest people work there. They explain what they're doing and why they are doing it. They are very accommodating.
This is one of the very best medical practice I have ever been
associated with and I am happy to recommend them .

Allison was Outstanding!!!

The staff are great. Rena makes billing an easy process. Brie is very friendly and great to work with. I am in PT for plantar fasciitis and I am feeling a lot better. They challenge you and care about you not going too fast at the same time. They have helped me healing. This can prevent unnecessary surgery or steroid shots. They are great!

I had a great experience at the Pappas OPT in Barrington. From front desk to the assistants and PTs, I always felt attended to and cared for. It took longer than I expected to rehab my injury due to a few minor setbacks, but the team adjusted and worked with me to make sure I reached my goal of full recovery. Special shout out to Brie, Brea and Sam!

I was in acute pain in my back when I showed up at the Barrington Pappas office on December 31. My goal was to be able to ski for 4 days in Canada this past week- a month and a half after I first arrived. (When I showed up, I couldn’t even get on the chairlift without pain, and I couldn’t ski more than a half day.) Breanna and Allison researched exercises for me to do to strengthen my muscles in general and for skiing specifically. Everyone at Pappas is friendly, helpful and patient. I feel a lot stronger and healthier than when I arrived, and I was able to ski pain free for 4 days this past week. Hurray! I highly recommend this practice. 😊

The staff at Pappas OPT have been nothing less than phenomenal.The minute you walk in the door, you have the awesome Rena. I had the honor of being treated by Allyson and Bri, with a lot of help by Liam and other staff. The environment is very welcoming and friendly, allowing for nice conversations and relaxing rehabilitation. Although my case ended earlier than I expected, I’m looking forward to being back to normal self with their amazing help.

Allison was really terrific at fixing my shoulder. She was compassionate and fun to work with. She always was cheerful and great at answering my questions. Liam was also really great backing her up and equally supportive.

All the therapists there are skilled and caring. I’ve worked with most of them and would definitely recommend any in this practice. I’m currently working with Allison who has really helped me.
