Aquatic TherapyIn Rhode Island
Aquatic Therapy is a proven, effective and gentle therapy method administered in a heated pool, wherein the buoyancy of the water takes the pressure and stress off joints, allowing for comfortable exercise.
The buoyancy of the water reduces the effects of gravity and facilitates mobility while minimizing pain. Our stone pools provide a soothing spa-like atmosphere for our aquatic therapy patients.
Aquatic Therapy is commonly used to treat:
- Chronic Low Back Pain
- Fibromyalgia
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Osteoarthritis
