Local Physical Therapy Group offers orthopedic services to Smithfield residents.
Smithfield, RI—Jan. 6, 2024—Pappas OPT Physical, Sports & Hand Therapy (Pappas OPT) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest clinic, located at 639A Putnam Pike in Smithfield, RI. This is Pappas OPT’s 17th location.
Dr. Lexi Winnes, PT, DPT, will serve as the Smithfield Clinic Director and primary treating physical therapist. She previously worked at our North Providence Clinic, specializing in orthopedic and pediatric conditions. Dr. Winnes is certified in vestibular and concussion management and functional dry needling. Additionally, Dr. Winnes was awarded Physical Therapist of the Year in November by the American Physical Therapy Association of Rhode Island.
Pappas OPT is committed to providing exceptional physical therapy through evidence-based practices and a focus on care and clinical excellence. The Smithfield clinic will offer various services, including orthopedic therapy, vestibular and concussion therapy, functional dry needling, gait analysis, balance therapy, TMJ therapy, and pediatric therapy.
