I had such an incredible experience with the team here at Pappas in East Greenwich!

After seeing my doctor multiple times for arm swelling, shoulder pain, neck pain, arm and hand numbness, I went to a specialist and found out I had Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The specialist I went to was a bit dismissive of my symptoms and pain and had me do at home therapy for a few weeks which helped but gave me no further instruction and said I'd just have to deal with it for the rest of my life.

My doctor recommended me to Jonathan Walker who worked with me and listened to everything I was dealing with. He came up with a great therapy path that over the course of a few weeks has had me feeling an incredible improvement.

Jordan Wells was my PTA for the majority of my treatment and not only was encouraging throughout my process, but always checking in with me on how I was feeling and making sure I didn't push myself too hard.

I have to say the team here always made me feel like family, they are extremely welcoming while also keeping the professionalism necessary to do their job. Thank you guys so much!

I had a great experience with Pappas in East Greenwich! The entire staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. They knew me by my first name and greeted with a smile when I would arrive for my appointments. John was my physical therapsist, he had an excellent bedside manner. I am very satisfied with my progress and I would highly recommend this location.

Pappas Physical and Hand Therapy embodies their mantra of treating you like family. I had the pleasure of working with John and Liz both for an ankle injury over the summer and a recent hand injury this winter. They both took an interest in not only my injury but in me as a person making me feel comfortable and easing any/all anxieties we face when going through an injury. They both helped me recover within 2 months of my first appointment, helped me avoid surgeries and taught me how to avoid injury if myself further. I would recommend this branch to any friend, family or stranger and am so happy I chose to come here.
