East Providence

I've been a patient/client at the East Providence office under the care of Bill Poirier and Katherine S. for a few months now and they have been excellent at all of their treatments and narrowing down my issue. Considering the level of skill, personality, and conversation, I highly recommend this team at this location for any future physical therapy needs.

What a great Physical Therapy office! Dr. Poirier is knowledgeable, personable and accesses your needs to have you moving again! His PTA, Katherine (with her amazing pinpoint accurate massages) along with Tech Brian are there to help you stay on track as well as assisting you in reaching your personal goals. Their care coordinator, Sidney is friendly and efficient. She easily fits your schedule in. I have gained greater mobility and balanced through PT. It’s a family feeling atmosphere!

I had an outstanding experience at Pappas OPT East Providence. The staff was exceptional, I couldn't thank Sydney, Bryan, Katherine, and Bill enough! The encouragement and support was integral to my successful recovery! I'll never go anywhere else for PT again.

If you want a team of caring professionals ALL around in the technical and human sense I highly recommend you try this office I tell you the warmth and care and overall good vibes only is contagious. 😍

Amazing place to go for pt, the staff are awesome and very caring! If you need encouragement to continue your care plan this is the place to go! I am excited to go to every appointment and usually don’t say that about appointments. Katherine, Bill, Terry & the whole work staff are great they work together to get your needs met! Highly recommend this pt facility!

If you are looking for a great PT experience, I recommend Pappas OPT in East Providence. The staff is excellent and they did a great job of evaluating my injury and putting a treatment plan in place. After 10 visits I felt 100% better with no pain. The team creates a fun environment and is truly dedicated to their patients. If you need any type of PT or OT services, give these folks a try! I highly recommend the East Providence Pappas for your physical therapy needs. Bill and the staff at Pappas take your care and improvement very seriously and they always begin where you are while incrementally adding to your exercises as you are ready. The office is always busy with activity but there is always time to meet your needs and answer your questions. It is a very friendly office...a happy place to encourage you. I have gone back several times over the years for various injuries and have always been pleased with the outcome.
