Worked with Sean, Francisco and Madison all on the same injury. Let start by saying they are just GOOD people. They are very good at their jobs and had me ready for the next phase of my treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone needing OPT. Thank you all🙏❤️

After two unsuccessful foot surgeries and PT from Ortho RI with no relief or comfort, I was able to find a foot surgeon to repair my foot, then to refer me to Pappas OPT in Johnston. The team there goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. A fun atmosphere with all their therapist doing what they enjoy. Paul Lydeard PT, DPT was my therapist!! Each week, he’d check on me see how my week went, if I had any pain or concerns and he’d work whatever area was bothering me. My exercises were terrific and creative. His compassion and empathy was incredible. I knew each time I’d go I would feel better after I left. Unfortunately, my therapy is complete now, but Paul was able to give me exercises/therapy that I could do at home and at my own pace. I’d recommend Pappas Johnston to everyone. Thank you Paul & Pappas!

I was referred to Pappas OPT from my foot surgeon. Broke my ankle and fibula. Madison Maillox pt , dpt was my therapist, I highly recommend Maddie and the team at Pappas. Their commitment to patient care and rehabilitation is unmatched. Exercises always demonstrated and communicated. It’s a great team environment where patients thrive in their healing journey. I am usually dubious about any location with ONLY 5 star reviews, but after spending time here multiple times a week, I am a believer! Sean (and the rest of the staff) have made us feel part of a family. I've watched them celebrate birthdays of the regulars, graduations and life milestones, while maintaining positive attitudes showing everyone the utmost respect. I'm so impressed by how well-orchestrated it all runs- the perfect balance of fun with achieving health outcomes. I hate that we need these services, but will 100% come here for any future PT needs!

Went to Pappas for back pain behind my shoulder blade. I had tried two different physical therapy clinics and 3 different chiropractors prior where I didn't get any relief. Sean and his team were the only ones who have been able to help me get any kind of long term relief. 10/10 recommend. Great environment and knowledgeable staff who care about you getting results.

This is the best work environment. I’ve ever been around in my entire life. Everyone is polite, courteous, friendly, and most of all professional. They all like each other and do things outside of work together. Golf, snowboarding, karaoke, dinners, etc. Lucas and Maddie has been helping me immensely. Also Eric, Leah, Tori, Ashley, Sean and everyone else is Amazing professionally and personally. I would recommend Pappas to everyone. (YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED)

My experience at Pappas OPT in Johnston has been fantastic. It’s so conveniently close, which is a huge plus. What really stands out, though, is how genuinely friendly everyone is. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful when I called to book my initial appointment, and that welcoming atmosphere has continued ever since. My physical therapists have all been supportive, encouraging and kind to me. It’s something I look forward to every week!

I can’t say enough good things about my time with Pappas OPT and my therapist Maddie. From the moment I started I felt welcomed and supported. They took the time to understand my injury and created a personalized plan that helped me progress each week. Their knowledge, professionalism, and encouragement made a big difference in my recovery. I always felt like I was in good hands, and I’m now feeling stronger and more confident getting back to work thanks to their care.
