I think the staff at the Johnston location is amazing. I personally have worked with Eric and Jackie and they are both outstanding therapist kind compassion very knowledgeable punctual thorough always very professional would recommend them every time all the time.

I’ve recently found Pappas OPT when newly experiencing vertigo. They got me into a same day appointment for treatment. The women who work at the front desk are friendly, kind, and more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to be sure I was cared for. I saw Dr. Levi Guertin for my vertigo and he was a 10/10. Dealing with vertigo is no easy thing and can cause anxiety, especially during treatment as you often experience dizziness all over again. Levi was understanding and talked me through each part of treatment. The treatment was also successful! I’m still seeing Levi but for a different issue which I put off for a while, but after finding Pappas in Johnston, and especially Levi, I felt encouraged. It’s been a real pleasure to attend this location and receive treatment. The team has a wonderful energy, everyone is friendly, and I always appreciate everyone’s sense of humor, which I find crucial when dealing with challenges like healing. I definitely recommend Pappas in Johnston and suggest you seek out treatment from Levi!

The Johnston clinic is great. Their techniques work. I have been through PT for two ankles, my lower back and now my neck here. I would not go anyway else. The staff is fantastic and professional yet very personable. I worked with Beth Albro for all four incidences. She is very knowledgeable and knows what is best for her patients. I’ve gotten to know the other physical therapists as well at this facility as I have had them cover when Beth was unavailable. They knew exactly where to pick up in my treatment during that session. I trust them with my care and have felt so much better with the treatment given! Thank you Johnston Pappas and a shout out to Beth, the other therapists and the staff!

Awesome staff and facility!
I started physical therapy months ago after having
achilles debridement and surgical repair on my right ankle. Unfortunately, during my recovery period, I sustained a fall down a set of stairs (trying to do too much on crutches) and fractured my left fibula. Pappas Opt has been nothing short of a life saver. Going from an active, independent person to wheelchair bound, needing assistance overnight was very difficult. The staff at Pappas are knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly supportive . They took time to devise a personalized treatment plan to help me achieve my goals and adjusted to accommodate my subsequent injury. I'm happy to report I'm ambulating without assistive devices and almost back to my baseline. I continue to work with Pappas to regain the strength I've lost and they continue to share in each milestone I achieve. They have become an invaluable part of my recovery.

As a result of back surgery, physical therapy became my “medicine” from mid February until now at Pappas. Upon arrival, I was very fortunate to be scheduled with Beth Albro as my therapist. Beth was extremely in tune with my issues and focused on getting me healthier, which she was able to do. I am much stronger and more able to do things today that I was not able to do back in February

I live on the Cape in the summer and will continue my therapy there. My only hope is that my new therapist is as good as Beth!

I should also add that when our schedules didn’t mesh, Beth always scheduled me with Eric, and I found Eric to also be highly skilled and a pleasure to work with

I want to thank the staff at Pappas in Johnston for the great PT I received after a total knee replacement. Lucas and Francisco were my main physical therapists, but the whole staff was amazing. I highly recommended Pappas at 1539 Atwood Ave....just a great atmosphere....thank you all so much!

The staff here is simply the best! I started coming after a surgery barely having the ability to move my arm and the PT Lucas truly helped me every step of the way. The training I did at the office was great, and I was given lots of home exercises which really helped improve my progress. I feel that the staff here is truly invested into our progress and wants us to be better. I would happily recommend a family member or a friend to come here!

Just wanted to write my long overdue review of Pappas OPT, and the great care I received from them.
I was referred to them after sustaining wrist injuries in a serious Motor Vehicle accident, and when previous treatment proved unsuccessful. The months following that incident were not easy, with constant wrist and hand pain.
I was helped by Jodi Bergeron. She's truly the best of the best , and the treatment plan she developed for me, has proven to be extremely beneficial, as I am seeing continued improvement. Surely worth your time, and trip to her office.

Worked with Sean, Francisco and Madison all on the same injury. Let start by saying they are just GOOD people. They are very good at their jobs and had me ready for the next phase of my treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone needing OPT. Thank you all🙏❤️
