What a great team!! They are encouraging and caring people! This was the first time I had to go to PT. They made the experience fun. They genuinely care and are respectful of all their patients. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I will truly miss them when my time there is over and I won't hesitate to go back there if necessary.

I cannot thank Victoria enough for her caring and ability in helping me back to my normal everyday activity. This is not the first experience with Victoria she has helpd me in the past and that is why I returned for her expertise, caring and time, always there to help her patiens back to recovery.

Within the last decade, every family member in my household has been in need of physical therapy at one time or another, whether it be due to injury, muscle weakness, balance or otherwise. During that time, we were fortunate to find Pappas and have been to three of their locations. I've found that no matter where you go, every member of staff is incredibly kind, attentive and knowledgeable of their craft, but this is especially true of the staff at their Lincoln location. They really go above and beyond to make the patient feel comfortable and explain every step of their treatment plan from showing the exercises themselves, printing out instructions and explaining the different muscle groups that are being worked on when asked and/ or needed. I currently am being seen for my TMJ and always like to ask questions about ways to prevent further injury or suggestions on how to deal with discomfort or pain on my own at home when stuff acts up and I'm always given great advice. All the staff really is amazing, but especially Victoria. With her help I've been able to improve my quality of life as otherwise I would be in a lot more pain and not be able to function as I am now. So I highly recommend Pappas for Physical Therapy!

An outstanding facility! Victoria, Ashley and Brandon are masters of their craft. Very professional and personable. Saw quick results in muscle and strength conditioning due to their coordinated treatment programs. If your're in need of an OPT, I would highly recommend Pappas OPT.

Wonderful staff members with extensive knowledge. My road to recovery with my shoulder injury was smooth and enjoyable. I was able to make a great relationship with each and every staff member. Although I do not wish to injury myself again, if ever I do, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for physical therapy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A++ Thank a bunch Ladies. Happy Holidays 🎄

I have been using Pappas and Josh for many years and trust them completely. Now I’m with Vicky who does a great job. She’s professional and always has a smile on her face. Melissa and Brandon are very helpful and great to be around. I always look forward to treatment days. They’re the best!

Pappas physical therapy in Lincoln is the best!! They were recommended for my daughter by the nurse at her pediatrician's office and I'm so glad I took her there. Victoria, Brandon and Becca are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a physical therapist!
