My 3rd time using Pappas OPT for different injuries. Staff has changed but the professional care and dedication has not.
A special shout out to Sean Rush whose attention to detail and care and to Anjelica Serrano who was also dedicated and encouraging.
A great experience from the reception to the “trainees” who packed the ice/heat.

I had a total knee replacement, and the visiting PT wasn't enough. I was referred here by a friend from Tiverton, but that office had no openings, so when calling Middletown, they had availability and had me in there right away! The entire staff were top notch!! Every visit, everyone knew who you were and called you by name, which was very personal which made you feel so welcomed and that they were going to make you feel better!
Also, they were always keeping everything clean & sanitized, which was very impressive! Everyone pitching in and Teamwork is definitely happening there!! I would definitely go back if needed in the future!! Thanks to everyone who helped me, just to name a few...Sean, Angelica, Josh, Kelly, etc....😁

I truly cannot say enough good things about this business. I've had physical therapy at other places but nothing compares to Pappas OPT in Middletown. They were constantly cleaning all the tables and changing pillowcases and they were excellent with keeping their schedules. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly from the reception staff to the physical therapists. They followed protocol and I progressed at a speed I was comfortable with yet challenged with. Sean Rush, therapist and clinic director was professional, kind, and totally made me feel at ease with the whole process. And my assigned main therapist was Colin McCarron and I honestly was so comfortable with his style and personality that I looked forward to going to my therapy visits which I never had in the past with other places. He took me soon after my total hip replacement and brought me to a place physically where I am so happy to have such a range of motion so early in the game. No more walkers or crutches or stairlifts!
If I ever need therapy again I would hope that I would be assigned to my favorite therapist, Colin!

I recommend this entire establishment to anyone who needs a place to rehab no matter what body part needs work. They know their jobs and do it extremely well! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐++

Skeptical going in, tired going out but the next day I could walk normal and had no knee pain after over a month with knee and leg issues. Dr Isenburg targeted my problem and put me on the road to wellness. Im very thankful.

Such a great group of individuals here very attentive to your needs and all super friendly! In the event you are in need of physical therapy this is definitely the place to go! Everyone there tries to connect on a more personal level with you as you go through your recovery. I worked with Anjelica for my therapy and she is just a wonderful person overall and really helped me get to where I needed to be the best way she could! 5 stars for this entire staff!

Matt, Steve, Nick and team have been a genuine Godsend to me. I started off a very fragile, weak individual in a wheelchair, that can now do almost anything. Everyone has been so kind and super supportive. I literally would not have been able to come so far without this outstanding practice. Thank you all so much 🤍

I have been on an extensive journey to double knee replacements. As a cancer warrior that was extremely obese for years, in a wheelchair and having 7 major surgeries in 3 years, I started at Pappas in Middletown in April 2024. After losing enough weight to finally get out of my wheelchair occasionally, I started aquatic PT with Steve. It was wonderful to finally get moving again.
After building up some strength and stamina and losing more weight over time in the pool, Matt worked with me to start getting more strength on land. Lol. The exercises he gave me helped to prepare me for my first knee surgery and made my recovery absolutely amazing. I was able to reach a level at one month after surgery that most people reach in six months, if ever.
Nick has been phenomenal treating me post-op. I just cannot believe what I can do now!!! We will keep working on the other knee that will be operated on in September and I know I will have just as good an outcome then as well.
They have given me so much strength in my body, but also in my mind and soul. Thank you guys 🙌👏

Got my hip replacement done recently had some home Physical therapy visits and then went to a close by physical therapy spot . I found both to be ok . After going back to work I went to Pappas physical therapy and got another level of care with Burt Reid . Already knew that Steve Warren was great , he worked with me before surgery and now it's great to be back with Burt , Steve and great staffers , Chris and Shane .

Pappas OPT in Middletown, RI was fantastic. Everyone in the office is helpful and encouraging. Bert was so knowledgeable in helping me to get to the root of my problem. Chris helped me with my exercises each visit and was fantastic - calm, friendly, and encouraging. They have helped so many elite athletes get back into their sport, but were just as accommodating to me - a person needing PT after a fall.

I needed some physical therapy after getting into a car accident and everyone here was super helpful in getting the neck pain to feel better. Would definitely recommend to anybody who needs knowledgeable physical therapist

I came to see Dr. Reid at the referral of a friend after breaking my foot a few times. Since meeting with him and getting custom inserts made almost two years ago, I’ve had no issues! I’m so thankful for his help and I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is
