Amazing recovery environment I have been battling nerve damage and even though it take a while have not hope . Started with Bert in the middle town offices and now am with Bert in this office and travel and half an hour to get here but it is worth it. I have been going here for a year and am very happy I chose pappas opt to help me in my recovery.

Best place ever. The staff is top notch. The question isn’t IF you’ll get better. It’s WHEN.

I appreciate the PROFESSIONALISM from every aspect of the organization, i.e., staff, business office, equipment. I like the text reminders for my appointments. The team members WORK TOGETHER with you to ensure you make your goal of recovery from your injury. The process of heat, exercise, stretch and e-stim with cold has been extremely efficient. All team members push you to progress in your exercise and recovery and do it in SUPPORTIVE way. The senior team members are extremely KNOWLEGABLE and coach the junior team members to “learn by doing” as they work with you executing your exercises. This makes Pappas OPT a very positive environment. I've been to other PT organizations in the area, and I believe this one is the best by far. They are always there to work with me help my recovery each time I've needed them for various injuries due to my active retired lifestyle.

I had a total shoulder replacement. Bert Reid and his team knew exactly how to help me get into shape. After almost 6 months, my range of motion is so good I am able to do things I haven’t been able to do for years. I was always treated with respect and I felt like I was part of the family. I was encouraged but not pushed. I was asked for updates at almost every session. I have only 2 more sessions and then I’m done going back to my normal routine but with a brand new shoulder. I would recommend Pappas OPT to anyone who needs physical therapy.

I’ve been working with Justin and Kristin, along with their supporting team ( Ryan, Austin, Ryan, Keene) and they have provided me with exceptional insight, care, communication and expertise. I’m recovering from reconstructive foot surgery, with complications, and their diagnosis of my situation and treatment, has provided me with tremendous progress towards recovery.

Great group. They offer personalized care, skilled manual therapy, and have a dedicated staff who reduce pain and improve mobility. Most importantly they listen.

all of the staff are great. Justin was able to treat my painful and limited mobility shoulder which I have had for years with success. I had been to many other facilities without success. I am a PT myself. would highly recommend this facility. I was happy to get some manual PT techniques.

Pappas OPT in Wakefield has been wonderful for both me and my son. The entire staff treats you like family and works hard to help you recover/reach your goals. The physical therapists have given me life changing suggestions, advice and exercises. I feel better all day/week knowing that I am working on myself and seeing results. I highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Papas OPT in Wakefield highly enough. The team there has been treating me for preoperative shoulder strengthening and now postoperative rehabilitation for the better part of a year. I’ve had the pleasure of working with all four therapists (Kristen, Melissa, Bert, and Justin) that treat patients there. All four of them are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and personable. They have been consistently receptive to all of my concerns and goals throughout recovery from a challenging surgery. The support staff here have been amazing as well. Deanna at the front desk made sure any issues I had with scheduling or insurance authorization were dealt with quickly without any headaches. Shoutout to the rest of the support staff and student interns they all brought a welcome amount of knowledge and positivity to the whole experience.

This is a long overdue review. Anyone seeking physical therapy on the road to recovery and wants to feel beyond just a number should strongly consider seeking the services of pappas opt in Wakefield. The road to recovery is long for some and the excellent staff here makes you feel right at home. Even physicians and staff that you do not work with will know your name and champion your recovery. For me the staff provided more than just physical therapy and i am grateful to have had them in the struggles of my recovery. I got to watch how kindly all patients were treated and encouraged on days they didnt want to be there. A youthful staff learning from great mentors on their paths to be physicians was very encouraging for the future. I cant be grateful enough and hope someone seeking this experience sees this and decides to use the services provided here.

Pappas OPT is amazing, they greatly helped me through my arm injury and everyone in the facility is great to work with. Would recommend for anyone who needs physical therapy done.
