I have been here for several injuries and the care has been fantastic. When Kristen meets with you she goes over everything and explains the treatment plan. She takes her time with you and you can ask as many questions as you want.

The staff is great, they are friendly and professional. Making appointments are easy and convenient. I highly recommend Papas OPT in Wakefield. I won’t go anywhere else. In my opinion they are the best team around.😊

Pappas OPT in Wakefield has been a savior to me for the treatment of multiple injuries; shoulder, knee, back and hip. You will not find a better place. The staff is exceptional in every way from the top down. The receptionist is always friendly and courteous and the wait time is generally less than 5 minutes. I have had the privilege of working with Kristin (clinic director) and multiple PTAs. Kristin listens intently, diagnoses accurately and devises a targeted plan of treatment that has been 100% successful for me every single time. The treatment is individually planned and continually assessed for modifications based on the level of progress being made. OPT has prevented me from having shoulder and knee surgery. I would highly recommend that you look no further when choosing PT for your injury. You will not find a more professional, knowledgeable, attentive, accommodating group of individuals than the team at Pappas OPT in Wakefield, RI.

After a very bad car accident, I've been in need of intensive rehab and strengthening for my entire body, including regaining range of motion in my right arm and both knees and learning to walk again. To date, I've been at OPT for over two months, with many more to come. Kristin and her clinical team (Tyler, Juan, Molly, Sadie, and Serena) have been outstanding and extremely supportive, and the front desk (Jeana and Matt) has been attentive and accommodating. Kristin has created a very effective program for me, adjusting as necessary as my progress continually improves. Tyler has been such a pleasure to work with as he guides me through my program. Not only is the team extremely knowledgeable and attentive, but they also create a light and fun atmosphere where bonds have been formed between clients and clinicians as well as among clients. Thanks to the entire team for the progress I have made to date, and the anticipated progress as I continue my rehab and recovery.

I have used Kristin Riley twice at OPT in Wakefield, and I highly recommend her expertise. She helped me with a knee issue, and then a few years later with a shoulder issue. She is very experienced, extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. Totally recommend Kristin!

My son was sent to see Lisa House and let me just start with she is such a wonderful and happy woman. She makes you feel so comfortable! As a younger mother some people make you feel judged but she was so amazing and walked me through everything she did so I knew exactly what I was doing at home. She made sure she was very careful with my son and treated him like her own. They developed a great relationship and now that we have graduated I am going to be heart broken to not bring him to see Lisa anymore he always had the best time and was full of smiles. She was a great person to work with always willing to lend and ear and advice. I couldn't thank her enough for the few months we spent together. I will always recommend her for any babies that need pt she is very well educated and I saw progress within 2 weeks of seeing her! I could go on and on about how amazing Lisa and the staff is but I will leave it at that!

Opt is the best!

Went for a concussion. Kristin the clinic director was awesome. She clearly is keeping up to date on the latest science concerning concussion recovery and was great at providing explanations for what was happening, why and how to get better.

Everyone is very kind and helpful!

Kristin and the team did a great job on my shoulder. After a few sessions I have already noticed a positive change. The exercises were explained well and now I can continue doing them at home.
