My daughter has had a wonderful experience here. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain and treat my daughter in a way she understood. Giana is amazing at the front desk, incredibly helpful.

I have been a patient for awhile now started with Danielle who was great unfortunately moved to a different location Ashlie stepped right up and has been great always in a great mood and positive. Look forward to coming in and seeing all the great staff. And Marissa best rehab tech out there.she is really going places.

After an injury to my knee I saw Ashley in the Woonsocket office. She is great! Caring and nurturing... pushes me to improve... highly recommend!

This a place that everyone are professional and kind and very attentive. They are all great. They Greet you with a smile thay are always happy and I feel very, very comfortable with each and every one of them.

Doctor Renée Jacques is very professional and patient. She demonstrates the exercise first and make sure you achieve the goals! We can actually follow our progress toward the set goals. We are very fortunate to follow a so talented Practictionner and a Great Team.

Very professional and friendly

This place is amazing the folks who work here are Awsome individuals that are willing to help in any way they can! They assisted my friend Elijah in so many ways they helped him with his nagging ankle issue and he also made so many new friendships that he will cherish forever! The diversity of people that work there is great they are all super friendly and super helpful! If you want a peaceful and productive environment for physical therapy then Pappas opt is the place for you !!!! And before I forget they have a cool white board with a question of the week which helps conversation while your there the amount of engagement here is unmatched 🎯🫶🏽💪🏽✊🏽

I had shoulder replacement surgery in February 2025. I started therapy with Francesca twice a week.In 5 months my progress has been amazing. Francesca knew my goals from the beginning. Which are to get back to weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️ and riding my motorcycle. I now have ROM in my shoulder I did not have before the surgery. I am lifting but not where I want to be yet. She has been so patient with me, She knew just how much to push me and constantly reminded me not to do anything to ruin my progress.Which in needed.. LOL I have yet to take my motorcycle for a ride but I am going back to work as a RN IN 5 days. Francesca is knowledgeable and gives me excellent i individualized care.
