Bradley Borsay DPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS
Clinic Director, Physical TherapistBrad received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at MCPHS University in 2019. Before pursuing his degree in PT, Brad received his Bachelors in Athletic Training at Sacred Heart University in 2014. Brad has past experience working with the athletic population at both a high school, collegiate and has had exposure to professional volleyball and football over the years. In 2024, Brad received his Orthopedic Specialist Certification. Brad has a passion for working with the active community to assist them in achieving their physical goals. He holds specialized certifications in Vestibular and concussion therapy, The Graston Technique, and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
When he is not at work, you may find him at a local brewery, hiking with his wife, toddler, and dog, or possibly playing on his semi-professional indoor volleyball team.

Michael Jacobs PT, DPT
Physical TherapistMichael Jacobs PT, DPT, is a 2012 graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Rhode Island, receiving faculty recognition for academic excellence and published contributions in physical therapy research. He holds a 1985 B.A. in African American music from Wesleyan University, with a focus in West African and South Indian music. He is experienced in providing quality treatment solutions for a wide range of orthopedic, neurologic, pre/post operative, as well as chronic and degenerative conditions. He is certified in vestibular rehabilitation, providing diagnostic and rehabilitative strategies for a variety of equilibrium and balance disorders.
His experience in fall risk assessment and management allows PappasOPT to offer individualized programs aimed at improving safe mobility and function for a variety of at-risk individuals. He is certified in the use of high-amplitude therapeutic exercise and sensory recalibration techniques to improve motor outcomes in individuals with Parkinson disease and other neurodegenerative conditions.
He joins the staff at PappasOPT with a commitment to the facility mission of offering manual and therapeutic interventions consistent with current best evidence and recent advances in pain management science. He has received post graduate training in neurologic dry needling techniques. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and RI APTA since 2009.
Mike often spends his free time in the mountains with his family, enjoying hiking, skiing, cycling, and running with his dog. He can be found many weekends working as a professional drummer driving the rhythm section of Brian James Soul Jazz at local breweries, vineyards, and other venues throughout Southern New England.
